ASHRAE released Standard 241 “Control Of Infectious Aerosols“. This is a step forward in serving humanity. Dr. Khankari, President of AnSight LLC was a voting member of the Standard committee and served as a Vice Chair of the Air Distribution SubCommittee.

Dr. Kishor Khankari, President of AnSight LLC received a prestigious Louise & Bill Holladay Distinguished Fellow Award at the ASHRAE Annual Conference in Tampa, FL. This annual award is given to an ASHRAE Fellow for continuous preeminence in engineering or research work. The honor was initiated in 1979 by Presidential Member Bill Holladay.

Dr. Kishor Khankari, President of AnSight LLC has been elected as a Director at Large on the ASHRAE Board. As a Director at Large (DAL) he will represent the technological interest of ASHRAE members.

Apr 2021
Dr. Khankari is appointed as a voting member on the ASHRAE Standards Project Committee SPC 129 – Measuring Air Exchange Effectiveness. This standard defines a method of measuring air-change effectiveness in mechanically ventilated buildings or spaces.

Feb 2021
Dr. Khankari is appointed as a Member of the ASHRAE Infectious Aerosols Position Document (PD) Committee.
He will work with other experts in the field to develop ASHRAE’s position on this subject.

Dr. Khankari is nominated for a Voting Member of ASHRAE Technical Committee TC9.10 Laboratory Systems.

June 2020

Dr. Khankari is nominated as a Chair of an ad hoc committee of ASHRAE Technical Committee TC5. 3 Room Air Distribution for evaluation of room air distribution systems on the spread of airborne contaminants.
